Introduction

These Terms & Conditions outline the basis on which Shape Me London (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides treatments and services. By booking or engaging with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Bookings & Appointments

Appointments are arranged via WhatsApp or other agreed communication methods.

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

To secure your appointment:

• Please use your full name as the payment reference only

• Once payment is made, you must send your full name and phone number as confirmation

  
  

Without this confirmation, your appointment will not be secured.

If another client books and pays a deposit for the same time slot before you, that appointment will no longer be available.

Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable

• A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and verified

• By sending a deposit, you are confirming acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

  
  

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.

• You may reschedule your appointment once only

• Rescheduled appointments must be used within 6 weeks of the original booking

• Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in an additional cancellation fee

Packages

• All packages are non-refundable

• If you reschedule a package session with less than 48 hours’ notice, that session will be forfeited

Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to request full payment in advance where necessary.

Health & Suitability

Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or health concerns prior to treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments where necessary to ensure client safety.

Our treatments support wellbeing and recovery but do not replace professional medical advice.

Results & Expectations

Results vary depending on the individual. While we aim to deliver the highest standard of care, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate appointments if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

Liability

Shape Me London is not liable for:

• Undisclosed medical conditions affecting treatment

• Outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information

• Loss or damage to personal belongings

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Communication

By contacting us via WhatsApp, you consent to receiving messages relating to your booking or enquiry.

We do not send unsolicited marketing communications.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will apply to all new bookings.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
